The Unicel PG-1902 is a single partial DE filter grid engineered for 24 square foot DE filter systems from Hayward, Pentair (American Products & Pac Fab), and Astral. At 12 inches in length, this precision-built partial grid completes the 8-grid configuration required for a full filter service — working alongside 7 Unicel FG-1002 full grids to restore peak filtration performance and pressure efficiency to your DE system.

  • Inspect the collar’s open slot and notch alignment against your manifold before installation — the 2-notch configuration must seat properly for correct water distribution.
  • Take advantage of a full re-grid service to inspect the tank o-ring and manifold assembly for wear or cracking while the filter is open.
